Cinema Sweethearts is a musical experience spanning 4 decades of beautiful movie stars, their music, and costumes. Singer and recording artist Laura Ellis is known for her beautiful voice, vintage vocal styling, and sparkling stage presence. She embraces many musical styles as she takes us on a swingin’ and nostalgic journey from the golden age of the Hollywood musical to the Broadway sensations turned movie masterpieces, with favorite songs such as “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, “Que Sera, Sera”, “I Could Have Danced All Night” and many more! Accompanist John Rodby, Music Director, Arranger and Pianist, has worked in TV and Film with performers including Frank Sinatra, Dinah Shore, Connie Francis and Liza Minelli.
