When artisan desserts and craft beverages whisk together, a soufflé of deliciousness rises.
The Sweet Charity Dessert Challenge combines more than 40 desserts with cocktail, beer and wine samplings, a silent auction, and entertainment – all to raise dough for arts education.
Culinary arts will be whisked into each layer of the event. Area chefs, bakers, restaurants, chefs and more will compete for top honors in the special event, that is sweet beyond compare.
Why?
The Sweet Charity Dessert Challenge began nearly five years ago, with a goal to highlight the tremendous culinary talent which exists locally in our bakers, chef’s, students, mixologists as well as home cooks how have a passion for everything sweet. We began the event for our love for everything sweet, and are proud the event has grow beyond all we ever thought it could. This event has pushed our local culinary partners to their absolute creative maximum capacity, and re-inventing how we know the art form of dessert to ever be again.
